The Roaming Rind is a mobile charcuterie bar that gives your guests charcuterie boards made-to-order. No strangers’ hands all over the table like a traditional grazing setup. Your cart attendant prepares a unique charcuterie board for each of your guests. For charcuterie lovers and mild cheese enthusiasts alike, it’s a service-based experience unlike others in OKC!

We have a set menu where you’ll select your lineup—2 meats, 2 cheeses, crackers, fruit/veg, nuts, and dip selection will be available for you to review and choose to customize your guests’ charcuterie bar experience.

Want something fancier? We have upgrades available for +$5/guest.

You can always add extra items to your charcuterie bar service. Plan for an additional $2 per guest for each menu item added.
We also offer premium upgrades, such as fig jam, olives, and select artisanal cheeses—plan to add $5 per guest for these fancy upgrades.

It costs money to purchase, prepare food and to feed people. The more people there are to feed, the more the product and price increases.
